Ginger Caryl has been a Customer Service Representative with The V.I.P. Agency since August of 2012. Ginger has over five years of experience in the insurance industry. Ginger’s goal is to provide the customer with the best service possible.

Ginger has been a part of the Okanogan community for 18 years, where she raised one son and one daughter. Ginger spends her free time scrapbooking, or jogging to prepare for the next run; and still finds time to spend with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Ginger’s future goals include becoming an agent with The V.I.P. Agency.

Jim Clarkson

I have been an Insurance agent for over 30 years.  I have raised three kids in the Okanogan Valley and currently have three grandchildren that love to come to grandpa’s house! I love all kinds of sports. I have lived in Okanogan County for all but about 5 years of my life. I attended and graduated from Eastern Washington University. In 1978 I married and am still married to my high school sweetheart Lisa, which was the best decision I ever made.  I look forward to working with the people of Okanogan County through VIP Agency.

Debbie Dahlin
Licensed Agent

Debbie became an agent for The VIP Agency in June of 2012 after being in banking for 27 years.  Her concentration is with personal lines and office bookkeeping.

Debbie strives to be a team player while providing friendly and courteous customer service.

On her off time, Debbie enjoys baking, crafting and spending time with family and friends.

Janet Jordan
Licensed Agent

Janet has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry working on both the company side as well as the agency side of the insurance business. She is very knowledgeable in property and casualty coverage regarding commercial, personal, bond and farm insurance. She was born in California and raised in various areas of the United States as her father was career military.  When her father retired, her family moved to Washington State and she has been a resident of the state for a number of years and considers Washington her home.

Her hobbies include grandchildren, volunteering, golfing, riding, skiing, sporting events (baseball, hockey and football especially) and fishing.  She has two wonderful daughters that she was blessed with who live and work in the area.

Bernadette Popelier
Customer Service Representative

Bernadette Popelier has been a CSR with The V.I.P Agency since 2012 and has been in the insurance industry for 4 years.  Bernadette’s goal is to provide a positive environment where the customer feels comfortable and confident in the service she provides.

Bernadette has worked in Customer Service for over 25 years and has made strong ties in the community.  When Bernadette is not in the office you will find her at rodeo supporting her grandchildren, cooking, enjoying a nice walk, or reading a good book

Wilson Woolschlager
Licensed Agent

Wilson has called the Okanogan Valley home since moving here as a young lad in 1968. A 1979 graduate of Omak High School he was employed by a large grocery chain and managed several different departments over his 12 years with the store. Recognizing that insurance may offer an exciting career, he obtained his insurance license in 1991 and began working for an established independent agency serving the greater eastern Washington area. Licensed in all lines of insurance, he enjoys the challenges of an ever changing industry. His goal as an agent is to provide excellence in serving the customer’s insurance needs. An avid outdoorsman, Wilson really enjoys living in Okanogan County and everything it has to offer. He is currently a second generation volunteer member of national ski patrol and has been for over 20 years. Wilson believes that the concept of serving the general public makes for strong ties with our community.
