Originally from Lynden WA Rebecca moved to Brewster with her husband Daniel in 2007. That year she partnered up with Mike Bourn and opened the Brewster branch office of VIP Insurance. Prior to moving to Brewster, Rebecca had worked part time at an insurance agency in Spokane while attending Whitworth University and then worked for a year with State Farm in Bellevue after graduating from college with a degree in Business Management.

Now that she is living in fruit growing country, she has focused her time primarily on writing farm and crop accounts for many of the local orchardists. She has two young sons and twin baby girls and enjoys spending her weekends with her family and staying involved in a local church.

Teresa comes to VIP after a 10 year career as a Licensed Realtor specializing in new construction/property management and 8 years as a Sales Representative for a national title and escrow company.   Teresa assisted her husband, Wayne Ricarte, with his Property/Casualty insurance office in Liberty Lake, WA before relocating to Brewster, WA. Teresa enjoys her new community and is happy to call Brewster home.

Wayne is a native of Washington State (Montesano) and a graduate from University of Puget Sound.  Post college, he spent five years playing basketball and marketing in Australia, returning to America in 1987.  Once back, Wayne resumed his career in Sales and Marketing, working with and assisting thousands of small business owners from a diverse cross section of industries.  His desire to genuinely make a difference in a specific industry by serving his customer’s best interests, is what led him to the insurance industry. 

Wayne’s 10 years of insurance experience encompasses all personal lines, such as life insurance for investment, retirement, family beneficiary and lifestyle, as well as, commercial insurance. His major focus is Government Subsidized Crop Insurance programs and Hail Insurance for fruit, serving orchardists in the Okanogan, Douglas, Chelan and Yakima counties.   

Wayne is thrilled to be a part of the VIP Insurance Agency Team and is excited to be a viable contributor to our community.

Amanda joined the VIP team in March 2012.  Becoming a licensed agent in 2009, Amanda worked as a Property/Casualty agent in Omak for two years.  Realizing her passions were in agriculture, she then worked as a Crop Adjuster for a year.  As an Agent at VIP she focuses on Crop and Farm accounts.

When not in the office, Amanda is actively involved in her family’s ranch.  She has a son and enjoys spending time with her family.
